Returns & Exchanges

All goods purchased can be returned for refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

  1. Goods delivered are incorrect or not as described on website
  2. Goods are faulty
  3. Sizes are incorrect
  4. Goods are not delivered in agreed timeframe

All returned goods must be received by Club Marine Head Office before replacement goods will be dispatched.

Goods must not have been worn or washed prior to requesting a refund or exchange.

All refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned goods to Club Marine Head Office. Refunds will only be given for the cost of the goods, excluding postage and handling.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us.  For more information on these rights, please refer to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
